About Us

"We didn't invent the Structured Installment Sale Trust (SIS Trust), we just streamlined it so anyone can use it." -No1031 Team

No1031's story

Kevin Brunner founded No1031.com as a branch of the parent company, Q-Financial Insurance Solutions. It was founded under the imperative idea of fighting back against corrupt and dishonest broker-dealers and "tax experts" who charge high fees for sub-par results. After witnessing families lose everything from bogus financial services, Kevin went out on his own, creating Q-financial and then eventually No1031.com. Following writing a published and reviewed white paper about the Installment Sale Trust, Kevin was dedicated to streamlining the process and making it more available to the public.

Kevin picked up Nathan and Trevor originally for marketing and branding assistance, which eventually led to full-time positions at Q-financial because of their work ethic and dedication. With previous experience in insurance and sales, Nathan and Trevor have quickly caught on to the financial sector. Now, Kevin mentors the hardworking duo to eventually succeed him in Q-financial (no1031).

The Structured Installment Sale Trust process was not founded with the intent of personal monetary gain, but was to open the door to additional tried-and-true financial planning services; all of which are not mandatory. With this structure, we are compensated based off of how much we save and make for you, incentivizing us to fulfil our fiduciary duty to our clients. This decision was made morally and strategically to hopefully increase our odds to earn your referrals.
